Meri Daugherty

Based an hour outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Meri Daugherty lives with her husband and their two redheaded daughters (and their crazy cat, Lady Catelyn Stark of Winterfell). She operates mostly in the North Georgia area, but loves to travel for work and pleasure. In addition to working, she loves spending time hiking, adores the Harry Potter franchise, and is a french fry connoisseur.

She specializes in romantic photography, playing specifically with the connections between lovers, their chemistry, and the negative spaces that separate them. Her style shines in black and white, but is also breathtaking in her color photography.

Latoya Dixon Smith

Latoya is a wedding and portrait photographer based in Greenville, South Carolina. SC is home, but to her, ‘home’ is not only where the heart is, but where the stories are told. Nothing feels more like home than a captivating story told over a good drink and a savory meal–which is why she’s excited to co-host Soul Search.

Latoya lives with her husband, Lee, their son, Kent, and they are soon expecting their fourth family member. For Latoya, photography is her avenue to start conversations, open up discussion about self-exploration, and make great connections in the process.
